2. Event Registration & Payments

Registration requires accurate personal/business details.
Payment must be made via our secure payment gateway (credit/debit cards, bank transfer, etc.).
All fees are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration—present this at the event for entry.

3. Attendee & Exhibitor Responsibilities

Attendees must comply with event rules; disruptive behavior may result in removal.
Exhibitors must not misrepresent products/services or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, branding, materials) on this Website belongs to SME Expo. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

SME Expo is not liable for:
Technical errors (website downtime, payment failures).
Event cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government orders).
Personal injury, theft, or damage at the event venue.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Website means you accept the changes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law, with disputes resolved in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
